感謝您長期選擇海盈證券有限公司作為投資夥伴。鑒於近期有不法分子冒充持牌金融機構發送詐騙短信，以“更新帳戶資料”“核實稅務資訊”等為由，誘導客戶點擊虛假鏈接。證券行業頻頻發生未授權交易事件,為保障您帳戶及資金安全，我們特別提醒客戶加強以下防護措施：

一、警惕網路釣魚攻擊

• 請勿點擊任何可疑短信、郵件或即時通訊中的不明鏈接.

• 官方短信僅用於以下場景

✓ 安全驗證：登錄帳戶或重置密碼時發送的OTP驗證碼

✓ 交易通知：股票、ETF 等產品的交易狀態更新

✓ 追繳保證金通知 / 戶口結欠通知

海盈證券永遠不會通過短信發送網頁鏈接, 任何含鏈接的“海盈短信”均為詐騙，請立即刪除並 切勿點擊

• 任何情況下都不應在非官方平台輸入帳戶密碼、驗證碼、身份證號碼、銀行帳戶等等敏感資訊

• 謹防仿冒官網的釣魚網站（海盈證券官方網址為：http://mouette.com.hk)

二、主動監控帳戶動態

建議客戶：

✓ 啟用帳戶登錄二次驗證（2FA）

✓ 每週檢查帳戶登錄記錄

✓ 及時查收交易確認通知

✓ 關注個人資料修改提醒

✓ 定期修改密碼，避免與其他平臺重複

三、緊急情況處理流程

四. 警民協作反詐騙

建議客戶善用由香港警務處推出的「防騙視伏器」及流動應用程式「防騙視伏App」，用以查核網站、電話號碼、電郵地址等是否涉及欺詐。當用戶嘗試進入高風險網站時，「防騙視伏App」更可即時發出警示，助您避開風險。

Security Alert Notice

Dear Valued Client,

Thank you for choosing Mouette Securities Company Limited as your long-term investment partner. In light of recent fraudulent activities where scammers impersonate licensed financial institutions to send phishing messages—using pretexts such as "account updates" or "tax verification"—to trick clients into clicking malicious links, and given the increasing incidents of unauthorized transactions in the securities industry, we urge you to take the following precautions to safeguard your account and funds:

1. Beware of Phishing Attacks

• Do not click on suspicious links in unsolicited SMS, emails, or instant messages.
• Official SMS from Mouette Securities are only used for following purposes:
  ✓ Security verification – OTP codes for login or password reset.
  ✓ Transaction notifications – Updates on stock, ETF, or other product trades.
  ✓ Notice of Margin Call / Outstanding Balance.

Mouette Securities will never send web links via SMS. Any message claiming to be from us with a link is fraudulent—delete it immediately and do not click.
• Never enter sensitive information (e.g., passwords, OTPs, ID numbers, bank details) on unofficial platforms.

2. Proactively Monitor Account Activity

We recommend:
✓ Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for logins.
✓ Checking login records weekly.
✓ Reviewing transaction confirmations promptly.
✓ Monitoring account modification alerts.
✓ Updating passwords regularly and avoiding reuse across platforms.

3. Emergency Response Protocol
