- 附表十五期貨交易特別條款新增條款14：違約風險及交易對手風險
倘若閣下在「生效日」或以後繼續使用及╱或持有有關戶口及╱或服務，相關修訂將對閣下具有約束力。如相關修訂不獲閣下接納，本公司將無法繼續為閣下服務。經修訂後的《客戶協議》已上載於本公司網站( https://www.mouette.com.hk/ )供閣下參閱。

To enhance the protection of investors, the Terms and Conditions within the Client Agreement will be amended effective 27 January 2026 (the "Effective Date") in the following section:
Appendix 15 – Special Terms and Conditions for Futures Trading: Addition of clause 14 regarding Default Risk and Counterparty Risk.
Please note that the amendments shall be binding on you if you continue to use or retain your account(s) and/or service(s) on or after the Effective Date. We shall not be able to continue providing services to you if you do not accept the amendments.
