1. 非交易指令須使用指定結算專線
所有涉及非交易事項的客戶指令—包括但不限於資金存入/提取、股票存入/提取（電子或實物股票），以及個人資料變更通知——可以登入海盈網上交易平台包括手機應用程式遞交，如需人工服務，必須通過我司結算部門的專用熱線 +852 26664626 進行。此流程是保障您利益的關鍵內部控制措施。
2. 下單交易：使用官方錄音管道
下達所有交易指令時，客戶必須僅通過客戶的指定持牌代表的官方公司錄音電話號碼與其聯繫。
我們強烈不建議並明確反對通過手機、社交媒體或任何即時通訊應用程式（如WhatsApp、微信等）下達交易指令。
對於通過非官方管道接獲指令所導致的任何執行延誤、錯誤或損失，海盈概不負責。
使用此類管道會使您面臨重大的安全風險，包括網路釣魚、惡意軟體、帳戶盜用及冒充詐騙等。
為保障您自身利益，並確保您的指令能被準確、及時地記錄和執行，請僅使用官方錄音電話線下單。
3. 網上交易安全升級：設備綁定限制
為遵循監管指引以降低網上交易相關的駭客風險，海盈於2026年1月27日起在交易平台實施一項重要的安全強化措施。
現在，可綁定至客戶網上交易帳戶的設備（如手機、平板電腦、電腦）數量上限為三台。如果您的帳戶已綁定三台設備，需要綁定第四台新設備，系統會要求您先完成雙重認證（2FA）進行身份驗證。成功綁定新設備後，最早綁定的舊設備將自動解除綁定，確保同時綁定的設備數量不超過三台。
此措施有助於防止對您的交易帳戶的未授權訪問。請據此管理您綁定的設備。

Subject: Important Reminders Regarding Account Instructions, Order Placement, and Security
Dear Valued Client,
To ensure the highest standards of security, compliance, and operational efficiency, Mouette Securities Company Limited ("MSCL") hereby reiterates and clarifies several key procedures. Your cooperation is vital to safeguarding your account and assets.
1. Use the Designated Settlement Hotline for Non-Trading Instructions
All client instructions concerning non-trading instructions —including but not limited to fund deposits/withdrawals, stock deposits/withdrawals (electronic or physical), and notifications of personal data changes—can be submitted via the Mouette online trading platform, including the mobile application. If manual service is required, they must be communicated through our Settlement Department's dedicated hotline at +852 2666 4626. This procedure is a critical internal control measure designed to protect your interests.
2. Placing Orders: Use Official Recorded Channels
When placing all trading orders, clients must contact their designated licensed representative only via the official company recorded telephone line.
We strongly advise against and explicitly discourage placing trading orders via mobile phones, social media platforms, or any instant messaging applications (such as WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.).
MSCL shall not be held responsible for any execution delays, errors, or losses resulting from instructions received through unofficial channels.
Using such channels exposes you to significant security risks, including phishing, malware, account takeover, and impersonation scams.
To protect your own interests and ensure your instructions are accurately and promptly recorded and executed, please place orders only via the official recorded telephone line.
3. Online Trading Security Enhancement: Device Binding Limit
In compliance with regulatory guidance to mitigate hacker risks associated with online trading, MSCL has implemented an important security enhancement on our mobile and internet trading platform effective on 26 Jan 2026
There is now a limit on the number of devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, computers) that can be bound to a client's online trading account, set at a maximum of 3. If your account already has three devices bound and you need to bind a fourth new device, the system will require you to first complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for identity verification. Upon successful binding of the new device, the earliest bound old device will be automatically unbound, ensuring no more than three devices are bound simultaneously.
This measure helps prevent unauthorized access to your trading account. Please manage your bound devices accordingly.
