The Company hereby clarifies as follows:

The Report explicitly states that certain information is based on market sources and anonymous reports, and that the authenticity of such information cannot be verified. The Company urges the public and investors to exercise caution and not rely on unverified information.

2. Clarification on ZD Global
The Company notes that “ZD Global” is mentioned in the Report. The Company hereby clarifies that ZD Global is not one of the Company’s business partners, nor is it a connected person or affiliated entity of the Company.
